Please note the following information from Bernard Mollberg:
Does anyone need to dispose of a small non-functional grand piano?
The Baker Gaslight Theater in Lockhart is searching for a piano for use as a stage prop for an upcoming production. General
appearance is not important - it will be painted gold.
The piano is needed this month.
Please contact David Schneider, (512)784-8201 if you have a piano to donate or sell VERY inexpensively!
And Bernard, thank you for opening your facility up to our chapter meeting yet again. Your generosity and willingness to share your
experiences are greatly appreciated.
Aditionally, Rikki Klos has asked me to remind all y'all that the Fort Worth chapter members are planning a trip to the PTG
Home Office in Kansas City. They're headed up that way at the end of this month. Please contact Ricki if you're interested in accompanying that group. firstname.lastname@example.org
Finally, I have been unable to book a room at UT for our local chapter meeting for May. This is because of juries and final exams
here at the School of Music. The place is booked solid! Our next meeting will be in June. There will not be a July chapter meeting because of the PTG convention in the Chicago area. Regular monthly meetings will
resume in August. I'm working on a manufacturer's presentation for September, and Nick Gravagne will be our presenter in October. So to quote Mickey Mouse, "Hey! Big doin's, kids!"
I hope this note finds your all well and prospering, and preparing for another dry, hot summer in central Texas.
Please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments concerning our Austin (787), Texas chapter.
